Mental health coaching is forward-focused, action-oriented support to help you set goals, build coping skills, manage stress, and create positive change. It is not therapy; I do not diagnose or treat mental health disorders, provide crisis intervention, or bill insurance. If you need clinical treatment (e.g., for PTSD, depression, or anxiety disorders), I’m happy to refer you to a licensed therapist.
Not yet! I am a Certified Mental Health Coach through Light University and the International Board of Christian Counselors., with a bachelor’s in psychology, and I am currently completing my master’s to become a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I am also gaining supervised clinical experience through my practicum at a local agency.
Yes,
I offer both secular and Christian-integrated coaching. If faith is important to you, we can weave Scripture, prayer, and biblical encouragement into sessions. If not, we keep it completely secular. The choice is always yours.
I specialize in supporting adults navigating:
Trauma (including medical trauma and PTSD recovery in a non-clinical way)
Caregiver burnout
Neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, sensory challenges)
Chronic illness or pain management
Stress, overwhelm, boundaries, and life transitions
All sessions are currently virtual (secure Zoom video) and 50 minutes long. We collaborate on your goals, explore practical strategies, and end with clear action steps.
No, coaching is private pay only. This keeps sessions flexible, confidential, and focused on your goals without insurance restrictions.
Yes completely. I use HIPAA-compliant platforms and follow ethical guidelines from the International Board of Christian Counselors.
We’ll review your goals, discuss what’s been challenging, and create a simple plan forward. Clients will leave feeling heard and with at least one tool they can use that same week.
Coaching is great if you want practical tools, accountability, and support for everyday challenges.
If you’re in crisis, experiencing suicidal thoughts, or need diagnosis/treatment, please reach out to a licensed therapist, your doctor, or call 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
Book a free 20-minute discovery call through my calendar. We’ll chat about your needs, see if we’re a good fit, and answer any questions.
